Teressa Nichols

Teressa Yevonne Nichols, age 65, of Rome, GA, passed away Friday, November 26, 2021.

Teressa was born in Columbia SC, on October 9, 1956, daughter of the late Bobby Rouel Nichols and Lola Jeanette Burge Nichols. She was a longtime waitress with Waffle House where everyone knew her as “Mama Teressa”. She enjoyed spending time with her family and loved her dog, Lil’ Bit.

Teressa is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Rodney Shane and Trudy McClarty of Rome. A granddaughter, Janelle Durbin, along with other relatives and friends also survives.

In keeping with her requests, Teressa has been cremated.
