Shirley Mae Hall

Shirley Lowery Hall, age 68, of #102 East Creekview Drive, Rome, died Wednesday morning, May 6th, 2009 at the residence.
A native of Rome, Mrs. Hall was born on April 25th, 1941, the daughter of the late Arzie and Marjorie "Sammie" Richards Lowery. Shirley was a 1959 graduate of East Rome High School and was a life long resident of Rome. She was of the Christian Faith and prior to her retirement, Mrs. Hall was associated with the City of Rome Transit Department.
Survivors include the father of her children, John Stuart Hall of Cape Canaveral, Florida; 2 sons, Tim Hall and his wife, Judy, of Rome and John David Hall and partner, Al Barskey of Atlanta; 3 grandchildren, Justin, Tyler and Austin Hall also survive.
Funeral services for Shirley Lowery Hall will be held on Friday morning, May 8th, 2009 at 11 o'clock from the graveside of East View Cemetery with Larry Walker officiating. Interment will follow in East View Cemetery.
The family will receive friends this (Thursday) evening from 6 until 8 o'clock at the residence, 102 East Creekview Drive, West Rome.
