Nathan Larry Wood

Nathan Larry Wood, Jr., age 36, of Walden Circle, Woodstock, Georgia, passed away at his residence in Woodstock.

A native of Cobb County, Georgia, Nathan was born on January 6th, 1975. He was preceded in death by his mother, the former Rebecca Shirley and is survived by his father, Nathan Larry Wood, Sr. of Cave Spring. Nathan had spent the greater part of his life in Cobb County and was a member of the Roswell Street Baptist Church in Marietta.

Survivors include his father, Nathan Larry Wood, Sr. of Cave Spring, GA.; a grandmother, Juanita Fox Wood Fuller of Rome. Several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.

Funeral services for Nathan will be held this (Thursday) morning, August 11th, 2011 at 10 o'clock from the graveside of Sunset Hill Memorial Gardens of Rome with the Rev. Bob Skelton and the Rev. Mikel Garrett officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Hill Memorial Gardens.
