Minnie Bell Langford-Bradley, age 82, of 905 North 5th Avenue, Rome died Wednesday morning, November 11th, 2009 at a local hospital.
A native of Murray County, Georgia, Mrs. Langford-Bradley was born on March 15th, 1927, the daughter of the late Floyd and Annie Mae Whittle Dunn. She was a homemaker and a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church. Mrs. Langford-Bradley was preceded in death by her husband, Vern Odie Bradley.
Survivors include 4 daughters, Carolyn Letson of Rome, Janet Morris and her husband, Michael of Calhoun, Darlene Walochik and her husband, Mike of Woodstock, GA. and Beverly Bryant of Armuchee; 3 sons, Danny Langford and his wife, Charlotte of Rome, Gary Langford and his wife, Patsy of Adairsville, GA. and Larry Langford and his wife, Mindi of Rockmart, GA.; 18 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, 1 brother, F. L. Dunn of Maryville, Tenn. Nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services for Minnie Bell Langford-Bradley will be held on Saturday morning, November 14th, 2009 at 11 o'clock from the Parkview Chapel of Fred Talley's Funeral Home with the Rev. Earl L. Partain, Sr. officiating. Interment will follow in Morning View Cemetery.
Mrs. Langford-Bradley will remain at Fred Talley's Parkview Chapel where the family will receive friends this (Friday) evening from 6 until 8 o'clock. At other hours they will be at their respective homes.
Grandsons and grandsons-in-law will serve as active pallbearers.
