Lillian Ann Mccoy

Ann McCoy, age 59, of #432 Haywood Valley Road, Armuchee, died Wednesday afternoon, July 11th, 2007, at a local hospital.
Ann was born in Floyd County on December 9th, 1947, the daughter of Gene and Lucille Fite Chastain. Ann was a 1966 graduate of Armuchee High School, was a homemaker and for several years was associated with Bausch and Lomb of Rome, where she served as office manager. Ann loved traveling, spending time with her family and working. Ann was married on May 20th, 1966 to Doyle C. McCoy who survives.
Survivors include her husband, Doyle C. McCoy, a daughter, Sharon Ann McCoy of Armuchee; her parents, Gene and Lucille Chastain of Armuchee; 2 brothers and sisters-in-law, Dale and Martha Chastain and Donnie and Elaine Chastain all of Armuchee; her mother-in-law, Mrs. Pearl May McCoy of Shannon; 1 nephew, Shane Chastain of Rome and special friends, Patricia Maxey, Linda Carroll, Susan McDaris, Debbie Parker and Shirley Boyd.
Funeral services for Ann McCoy will be held this (Friday) afternoon, July 13th, 2007 at 2 o'clock from the Parkview Chapel of Fred Talley's Funeral Home with the Rev. Danny Garrett officiating. Interment will follow in the Floyd Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
The following will serve as active pallbearers, Larry Maxey, Loyd and Larry Lynch, Claude Kail, Scott Smith and David Cooper.
The family received friends on Thursday evening from 6 until 9 o'clock at Fred Talley's Parkview Chapel. At other hours they will be at the residence.
