Kathy Lee Keiser

Kathy Lee Keiser, age 63 passed away on January 13, 2024, in Rome, GA. She was born on March 17, 1960, in Rome. Kathy was surrounded by her loving husband and family when she peacefully passed away.

Kathy excelled as a homemaker, creating a warm and welcoming home for her loved ones. Known for her loving nature and compassionate heart, Kathy was always willing to go above and beyond for others around her. Her selflessness and generosity earned her a special place in the hearts of all who knew her.

Kathy is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Kenneth Keiser of Summerville, GA; daughter, Erica McGowan and her husband James of Calhoun; daughter, Jacki Franklin-Ashmore and her husband Randy of Apison, TN; sisters, Wanda Fowler and her husband Robert of Sale City, GA and Anne Ramey of Rome, GA; grandchildren, Jailyn McGowan and Wyatt, Zoey and Clayton Ashmore; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Peggy Mize Gilmore; her sisters, Faye McLeod and Margie Collins Thomas; brother, James Gilmore; son-in-law, Jason Franklin; and a brother-in-law, Kenneth McLeod.

To celebrate the life of Kathy Lee Keiser, a visitation will take place on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Salmon Funeral Home. Following the visitation, her cremated remains will be buried at Oaknoll Memorial Gardens at 2:30 PM.

Kathy's passing has left a void in the hearts of those who loved and admired her. She will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
