Jay Donald Easterling, II, age 38, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away August 16, 2013 in Jacksonville.

Jay was born in Rome, Georgia on June 20, 1975, the son of Jay Donald Easterling and Johnnie Johnson Easterling.

Survivors include his wife, Angelina J. Easterling of Jacksonville; his father, J. Donald Easterling of Statesville North Carolina, his mother, Johnnie Johnson Easterling of Jacksonville, Florida; 2 sisters, Julie Anne Snow and Tiffany Suzanne Easterling both of Jacksonville. Jay was preceded in death by his grandparents, Harold Clay Johnson and Aurell Holbert Johnson and James H. Easterling and Eliza Lewis Easterling, who were Rome, Georgia residence.

A memorial service for Jay Donald Easterling, II will be held on October 19, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at the Amizing Grace Baptist Church, 329 Prater Road, Rome, GA.
