Evelyn Jeanette Maynor

Evelyn Jeanette Maynor, age 71, of Kingston GA. passed away Sunday afternoon, July 21, 2013 in a Rome hospital.

A native of Bartow County, GA. Mrs. Maynor was born on December 15, 1941, the daughter of the late Charles Raymond Jenkins and the late Mary Francis Kell. She had spent the greater part of her life in Floyd County and was of the Baptist Faith. Mrs. Maynor was owner and operator of Murph's Tree Service in Kingston, GA. Mrs. Maynor was preceded in death by a brother, Johnny Jenkins. She was married to Bence Melvin Maynor, Sr. who preceded her in death.

Survivors include 2 daughters, Donna Jane Robbins and Melaine Faye Lehr both of Rome; 3 sons, Eual Dan Pierce, Jr., Charles Randy Pierce both of Rome and Bence Melvin Maynor, Jr. of Kingston; 1 sister, Bessie Jenkins of Kingston; 3 brothers, Charles Jenkins and Hugh Jenkins both of Kingston and Arthur Jenkins of Adairsville, GA. 11 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews also survive.

Memorial services for Evelyn Jeanette Maynor will be held at a later date.
