Bettie June Reid

Bettie June Reid, age 61, of #29 Ridgeview Drive, Silver Creek, Georgia passed away on Saturday afternoon, April 20, 2013, at the residence.

Bettie was born on December 11, 1951 the daughter of Alice Lucille Tolbert Hulsey and the late Jessie Edward Hulsey. Bettie had spent the greater part of her life in Floyd County and was a 1967 graduate of Coosa High School and attended Coosa Valley Technical College. Bettie was a Graphics Designer having been associated with Coosa Valley Regional Development Commission.

Survivors include her husband, Bobby Reid to whom she was married on December 20, 1974; her mother, Alice Lucille Tolbert Husley of Rock Run, Ala.; 7 brothers, Edward and David Husley both of Rock Run, Ala., Pete Husley of Rockmart, GA., Randy Husley of Clarksville, Tenn., Jimmy Husley of MO., Tim Husley of Vance, Ala. and Michael Husley of Piedmont, Ala. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

A Celebration of the Life of Bettie June Reid will be held in Cedar Bluff, Ala.
